Overview
Invisible Technologies Inc. ("Invisible," "we," "us," and "our") operates Labrynth, a platform for outsourcing business processes to human agents. This policy governs how personal information is collected, used, and shared across websites, mobile applications, and related services.
Scope
The policy applies to personal information processed in connection with the Services, covering Clients seeking to outsource work, Agents performing projects, and other individuals.
Personal Information Collection
Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, address, email, date of birth, phone, username, password
- Client Information: Business name/address, job title, industry, Authorized User details
- Agent Information: Educational background, employment history, references, CV, government ID, taxpayer identification
- Project Information: Project type and work products
- Payment Information: Billing address and transaction details (processed through third-party providers; not directly stored except in limited cases)
Communications
The company collects information when you: request details, register for newsletters, seek support, participate in surveys, use interactive features, enter contests, attend events, pursue business partnerships, or apply for jobs.
Automatic Collection
- Agent Training: The company may facilitate recording of video/audio during Zoom meetings between Clients and Agents with visual/audio notification. Agents can decline, though this may affect work availability.
- Work Information: Agents' software collects descriptions of work performed and automatically captures "keystrokes, mouse clicks, screenshots, and webcam pictures" of Agent activity. Agents receive notification and can decline, though this prevents Project participation.
- Device Data: IP address, MAC address, cookie identifiers, mobile carrier, device details, browser information, operating system, location data, pages visited, link clicks, interaction frequency/duration.
- Technologies: Cookies store preferences; pixel tags track engagement and email opens; Google Analytics and other providers collect analytics data (opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
- Third-Party Sources: Information from social media, login services, work references, and online reviews of Agent performance.
How Information Is Used
- Service Provision: Fulfilling contracts, processing payments, managing accounts, responding to requests, providing support, authenticating identities.
- Administrative: Direct marketing, research and development, network security, fraud prevention, quality control, audits, account communications, legal compliance.
- Marketing: Personalizing content and advertisements; posting Agent biographical information with consent.
- De-identified/Aggregated Data: The company creates and uses anonymized demographic, location, and device information for research, analysis, and other lawful purposes.
- Automated Decision-Making: The company may use automated technologies but states it will not make decisions "significantly affecting" individuals unless required by contract, with consent, or permitted by law.
- Referral Services: Allowing users to share content with friends/colleagues.
Sharing Information
"We do not sell your personal data to third parties."
Disclosure to:
- Your Organization: Employer may access usage data, communications, and file contents; control account administration.
- Clients: Agent data is shared and subject to Client privacy policies; Clients are not controlled by Invisible.
- Service Providers: IT, payment processing, marketing, customer service, human resources, investor relations.
- Business Partners: For requested products/services or joint offerings.
- Affiliates: Sharing among related entities.
- Advertising Partners: Tracking technologies collect IP, cookies, pages visited, location for interest-based advertising.
- APIs/SDKs: Third-party tools may collect information for relevant content delivery.
- Legal/Safety: Law enforcement, court orders, protecting rights/safety, enforcing policies, collecting debts, investigating illegal activity.
- Merger/Sale: Information may be transferred in acquisition, bankruptcy, asset sale, or service transition.
International Data Transfers
Information may be transferred, processed, and stored globally, including in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from your jurisdiction.
Your Choices
- Email: Use unsubscribe links; transaction and administrative emails continue.
- Mobile: Opt out of push notifications and location collection via device settings; company does not honor "Do Not Track" signals.
- Cookies/Advertising: Adjust browser settings; opt out via networkadvertising.org, youronlinechoices.eu, youradchoices.ca, or aboutads.info (must opt out separately per browser/device).
Your Privacy Rights
Under applicable law (including the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may:
- Request confirmation of processing
- Access or copy your personal information
- Request electronic copy or data portability
- Restrict uses
- Correct inaccurate information
- Withdraw consent
- Request erasure (subject to legal exceptions)
California residents have the right to non-discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. European Economic Area/UK residents may lodge complaints with supervisory authorities. Contact the company to exercise rights; identity verification required.
Data Retention
Personal information is retained as long as you use the Services or as necessary to fulfill purposes, provide services, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue business purposes, enforce agreements, and comply with law.
Security
The company takes security measures but cannot guarantee 100% security and does not accept liability for unauthorized disclosure. Electronic notifications of breaches may be sent via website notice, mail, or email.
Third-Party Services
The Services contain links to third-party websites/applications not controlled by Invisible. Users are encouraged to read their privacy policies; Invisible does not endorse, screen, or approve them.
Children's Information
Services are not directed to children under 13 (or other applicable age). Invisible does not knowingly collect information from children. Parents/guardians may contact the company if a child provides information without consent.
Policy Changes
Invisible may revise this policy at its discretion. Material changes trigger notification as required by law. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
